Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/3 cup chopped peppers
  • 2 cups cooked meat
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne

Method

  1. 1 Mix cornmeal with one-half cup of cold water to form a smooth paste.
  2. 2 Boil the remaining three cups of water, then slowly stir in the cornmeal mixture.
