  • 5-6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup cornflake cereal crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method

  1. 1 Remove skin and bone from thighs; cut meat into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2 Place cornflakes in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin.
  3. 3 Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to the crumbs. Close bag tightly and shake to blend.
  4. 4 Add chicken pieces to the bag in batches and shake to coat evenly.
  5. 5 Preheat oven to 400°F. Place nuggets on a greased baking sheet, ensuring they are not touching.
