Baked Corn Pudding With Soda Cracker
Ingredients
- 2 dozen ears green corn
- 1 soda cracker
- salt
- butter for serving
Method
- 1 Grate or pound the corn from 2 dozen ears.
- 2 Mix in 1 pounded soda cracker and a little salt.
- 3 Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for two hours until a rich crust forms.
- 4 Serve with butter.
