  • 1 soda cracker
  • salt
  • butter for serving

Method

  1. 1 Grate or pound the corn from 2 dozen ears.
  2. 2 Mix in 1 pounded soda cracker and a little salt.
  3. 3 Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for two hours until a rich crust forms.
