Method

  1. 1 Boil potatoes and greens separately until tender.
  2. 2 Mash the potatoes and squeeze the greens dry, then chop them finely.
  3. 3 Mix the chopped greens with the mashed potatoes, adding butter, pepper, and salt.
  4. 4 Press the mixture into a well-buttered mold.
  5. 5 Bake in a hot oven (425°F) for 10 minutes.
