  • 1 lb cod fillet
  • 2 cups stale bread, grated
  • 2 cups boiling milk
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp prepared mustard
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 pie crust

Method

  1. 1 Soak the cod, boil until cooked, then remove skin and bones. Mince the fish meat finely.
