Baked Citron Custard Puddings
Ingredients
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1/2 cup fine flour
- 2 oz granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 oz citron, chopped
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease four tea cups or ramekins.
- 2 Whisk egg yolks, sugar, flour, and nutmeg until smooth.
- 3 Stir in cream and chopped citron until fully combined.
- 4 Pour mixture into prepared cups and bake for 20 minutes until set.
