Baked Cinnamon Pecan Granola With Raisins
Ingredients
- 3 cups uncooked oatmeal
- 1/2 cup shredded or flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons melted margarine
- 2/3 cup cinnamon
- raisins
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2 Combine oatmeal, coconut, pecans, honey, margarine, and cinnamon in a large bowl; mix well.
- 3 Spread mixture in a 13x9 inch baking pan.
- 4 Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until golden brown.
- 5 Stir in raisins and cool thoroughly before storing.
