Baked Cinnamon Pecan Granola With Raisins

  • 3 cups uncooked oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup shredded or flaked coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons melted margarine
  • 2/3 cup cinnamon
  • raisins

Method

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. 2 Combine oatmeal, coconut, pecans, honey, margarine, and cinnamon in a large bowl; mix well.
  3. 3 Spread mixture in a 13x9 inch baking pan.
