Baked Cheesy Rice Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup cheese
- 1 cup corn
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup fat
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
Method
- 1 Melt fat in a saucepan until brown.
- 2 Add flour and seasonings; heat until brown.
- 3 Gradually add milk and bring to a boil.
- 4 Stir in rice, cheese, and corn.
- 5 Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
