Baked Buttermilk Muffins
Ingredients
- 6 cups flour
- 2 eggs, well beaten separately
- 2 rounded teaspoons baking powder
- 4 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
- 1 Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt together into a large bowl.
- 2 Beat the eggs separately until well combined.
- 3 Add the beaten eggs and milk to the dry ingredients.
- 4 Beat the batter hard until smooth.
- 5 Pour into muffin tins and bake in a quick oven (425°F) until golden.
