  • 2 eggs, well beaten separately
  • 2 rounded teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method

  1. 1 Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt together into a large bowl.
  2. 2 Beat the eggs separately until well combined.
  3. 3 Add the beaten eggs and milk to the dry ingredients.
  4. 4 Beat the batter hard until smooth.
  5. 5 Pour into muffin tins and bake in a quick oven (425°F) until golden.
