Baked Bread Crumb Oysters
Ingredients
- 25 oysters
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Method
- 1 Grease a baking dish and cover the bottom with half of the bread crumbs.
- 2 Lay the oysters in the dish, season with salt and pepper, and cover with remaining bread crumbs.
- 3 Pour milk over the top and dot with butter.
- 4 Bake in a hot oven (425°F) for 15 to 20 minutes.
