Baked Beef And Bean Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups kidney beans (cooked or 15-ounce can)
- 1 can pork and beans (15-ounce)
- 2 cups great northern beans (cooked or 15-ounce can, low sodium)
Method
- 1 Cook ground beef and onions in a skillet. Drain the fat.
- 2 Add brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, pepper, and all beans to the skillet. Mix well.
- 3 Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
- 4 Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
