Baked Beans And Tomato Salad
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoonfuls oil
- 3 tablespoonfuls vinegar
- dash of paprika
- salt to taste
- 1 pint cold baked beans
- sliced tomatoes
Method
- 1 Gradually stir vinegar into oil and paprika. Add salt if beans are unseasoned.
- 2 Pour dressing over baked beans in portions, tossing to absorb. Arrange on a serving dish.
- 3 Border with sliced tomatoes and pour remaining dressing over the tomatoes.
