Baked Bean And Stew Meat Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 lb stewing meat, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup baked beans
  • 2 onions, minced
  • 1 cup tomato
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 5 tbsp water

Method

  1. 1 Place meat and 2 cups water in a saucepan. Cook slowly until meat is tender.
  2. 2 Add baked beans, onions, tomato, and chili powder. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3 Cook slowly for 20 minutes.
  4. 4 Whisk flour, salt, paprika, vinegar, and 5 tbsp water until smooth.
  5. 5 Stir the mixture into the chili and cook for 5 minutes. Serve.
