Baked Bean And Stew Meat Chili
Ingredients
- 1 lb stewing meat, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup baked beans
- 2 onions, minced
- 1 cup tomato
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 4 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 5 tbsp water
Method
- 1 Place meat and 2 cups water in a saucepan. Cook slowly until meat is tender.
- 2 Add baked beans, onions, tomato, and chili powder. Bring to a boil.
- 3 Cook slowly for 20 minutes.
- 4 Whisk flour, salt, paprika, vinegar, and 5 tbsp water until smooth.
- 5 Stir the mixture into the chili and cook for 5 minutes. Serve.
