Baked Bean And Cheese Loaf
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon onion juice
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 cup kidney beans
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Method
- 1 Soak and cook the kidney beans.
- 2 Mix the cooked beans with onion juice, grated cheese, salt, cayenne, and breadcrumbs to form a loaf.
- 3 Baste with fat and water.
- 4 Bake for 30 minutes.
- 5 Serve with tomato sauce.
