Baked Bass With Olive And Parsley Stuffing
Ingredients
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp melted butter
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp tomato catsup
- minced parsley
- minced onion
- minced olives or pickles
- lemon juice
- salt
- black pepper
- paprika
- cold water
- 1 whole bass
Method
- 1 Combine bread crumbs, butter, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, parsley, onion, olives, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
- 2 Add enough cold water to moisten the mixture and stir to combine.
- 3 Stuff the fish cavity with the mixture and sew the opening shut.
- 4 Bake the fish in a moderate oven (350°F) until cooked through.
- 5 Serve the baked bass with Tartar Sauce.
