Baked Barley Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Allinson's barley
  • 1 pint milk
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • sugar to taste
  • flavoring to taste

Method

  1. 1 Mix barley with a little milk until smooth.
  2. 2 Add the remaining milk, sugar, and flavoring. Boil for 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3 Stir in beaten eggs and pour into a pie dish.
  4. 4 Bake at 350°F until golden brown.
