Baked Barley Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Allinson's barley
- 1 pint milk
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- sugar to taste
- flavoring to taste
Method
- 1 Mix barley with a little milk until smooth.
- 2 Add the remaining milk, sugar, and flavoring. Boil for 2-3 minutes.
- 3 Stir in beaten eggs and pour into a pie dish.
- 4 Bake at 350°F until golden brown.
