Baked Bananas With Brown Butter And Vinegar Glaze
Ingredients
- 6 bananas
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp vinegar
Method
- 1 Peel bananas, scrape surface, and cut in half lengthwise.
- 2 Arrange halves in a shallow pan.
- 3 Melt butter and mix with sugar and vinegar.
- 4 Pour mixture over bananas and bake in a slow oven (300°F) for 20 minutes, basting frequently.
- 5 Remove from oven and serve hot.
