Baked Banana Custard

  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method

  1. 1 Peel and slice the bananas, then cook in the milk until soft enough to mash.
  2. 2 Rub the cooked bananas through a sieve into a bowl.
  3. 3 Stir in the well-beaten egg and lemon juice until combined.
  4. 4 Pour the mixture into a small pie dish and bake in a 350°F oven until the custard is set.
