Baked Banana Custard
Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Method
- 1 Peel and slice the bananas, then cook in the milk until soft enough to mash.
- 2 Rub the cooked bananas through a sieve into a bowl.
- 3 Stir in the well-beaten egg and lemon juice until combined.
- 4 Pour the mixture into a small pie dish and bake in a 350°F oven until the custard is set.
