Baked Bacon Cheese Oysters
Ingredients
- 4 large oysters
- Grated cheese
- 2 teaspoons minced bacon
- Fine bread crumbs
Method
- 1 Open oysters on the deep shell. Remove oysters, wash free from bits of shell, and roll in grated cheese.
- 2 Replace oysters on the shell. Spread each oyster with minced bacon.
- 3 Sprinkle with fine bread crumbs. Bake for 8 minutes in a hot oven (425°F) or broiler.
