Baked Apples With Butter And Cinnamon
Ingredients
- Apples
- Butter
- Sugar
- Water
- Powdered cinnamon or nutmeg
Method
- 1 Pare and core the apples.
- 2 Fill the centers with butter and sugar.
- 3 Place in a pan with a little water and bake until tender but still in good shape, basting frequently to keep them slightly colored.
- 4 Remove from oven, sprinkle with granulated sugar and a little powdered cinnamon or nutmeg.
