Baked Apple Tapioca Pudding
Ingredients
- 6 apples, peeled and cored
- 1 cup tapioca
- Hot water
- Sugar to taste
- Flavoring to taste
Method
- 1 Arrange peeled and cored apples evenly in a buttered baking dish.
- 2 Soak tapioca in hot water for at least one hour.
- 3 Sweeten and flavor the soaked tapioca to taste, then pour it over the fruit.
- 4 Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for one hour.
