Baked Apple Pie
Ingredients
- 2 medium cooking apples
- Sugar to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
- Pie crust paste
Method
- 1 Peel, core, and slice the apples. Place them in a small pie dish.
- 2 Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon to taste, and add a little water.
- 3 Cover with pie crust and bake in a fairly quick oven (400°F) until brown.
- 4 Reduce heat and bake gently for another 15 minutes in a cooler part of the oven.
