Bacon Wrapped Scallops On Toast
Ingredients
- scallops
- thin slices of bacon
- wooden toothpicks
- buttered toast slices
Method
- 1 Parboil scallops, then drain and dry them thoroughly on a cloth.
- 2 Wrap a thin slice of bacon around each scallop and secure with a wooden toothpick.
- 3 Fry until the bacon is crisp.
- 4 Serve the scallops on thin slices of buttered toast.
