  • 1 cup mushrooms, minced
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 slices bacon, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons gravy
  • 1 rabbit, cut into fillets and joints
  • Thin slices of fat bacon
  • Oiled parchment paper

Method
