  • bacon slices
  • wooden toothpicks

Method

  1. 1 Peel the caps of fresh mushrooms.
  2. 2 Wrap each mushroom in a slice of bacon and pin it with a wooden toothpick.
  3. 3 Sauté in a hot blazer or cook in a hot oven (425°F) in a double broiler over a baking pan.
  4. 4 Serve on toast.
