Bacon Wrapped Mushrooms On Toast
Ingredients
- fresh mushrooms
- bacon slices
- wooden toothpicks
- toast
Method
- 1 Peel the caps of fresh mushrooms.
- 2 Wrap each mushroom in a slice of bacon and pin it with a wooden toothpick.
- 3 Sauté in a hot blazer or cook in a hot oven (425°F) in a double broiler over a baking pan.
- 4 Serve on toast.
