Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups onions, minced
  • 4 ounces bacon, parboiled, minced, and diced
  • Rye bread slices
  • Butter

Method

  1. 1 Mince the onions finely and parboil them until tender, then mince again.
  2. 2 Dice the parboiled bacon and toss it in a hot pan.
  3. 3 Add the onions to the pan and toss until nicely browned and tender.
