Bacon And Butter Peas
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh green peas (or 1 can)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1-2 rashers bacon, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
Method
- 1 Dice the bacon and fry in a saucepan until crisp.
- 2 Add butter and peas to the bacon, stirring frequently.
- 3 Season with salt, pepper, and a little sugar. Cook until tender.
