Avocado Honeydew Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1 cup honeydew melon chunks
- 1 1/2 tsp lime juice
- 8 oz fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1 tbsp 100% apple juice or white grape juice
- honey to taste
Method
- 1 Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a blender.
- 2 Add the honeydew melon chunks, lime juice, milk, yogurt, apple juice, and honey to the blender.
- 3 Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- 4 Serve immediately cold. If made ahead, stir gently before pouring into glasses.
