Avocado Honeydew Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1 cup honeydew melon chunks
  • 1 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • 8 oz fat-free milk
  • 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1 tbsp 100% apple juice or white grape juice
  • honey to taste

Method

  1. 1 Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a blender.
  2. 2 Add the honeydew melon chunks, lime juice, milk, yogurt, apple juice, and honey to the blender.
  3. 3 Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  4. 4 Serve immediately cold. If made ahead, stir gently before pouring into glasses.
