Asparagus Salad With Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 large lettuce leaf
- 1 teaspoon thick mayonnaise dressing
Method
- 1 Boil the asparagus in rapid boiling salted water until cooked.
- 2 Remove from heat and place on a dish to cool completely.
- 3 Cut off the tender parts of the asparagus stalks.
- 4 Arrange four or five stalks on a large lettuce leaf.
- 5 Top each bunch with a teaspoonful of thick mayonnaise and serve.
