  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1 large lettuce leaf
  • 1 teaspoon thick mayonnaise dressing

Method

  1. 1 Boil the asparagus in rapid boiling salted water until cooked.
  2. 2 Remove from heat and place on a dish to cool completely.
  3. 3 Cut off the tender parts of the asparagus stalks.
  4. 4 Arrange four or five stalks on a large lettuce leaf.
  5. 5 Top each bunch with a teaspoonful of thick mayonnaise and serve.
