Asparagus And Pepper Bundles With Cream Cheese
Ingredients
- Fresh or canned asparagus
- Green or red peppers
- Lettuce leaves
- French dressing
- Philadelphia cream cheese
Method
- 1 Cook fresh asparagus in the usual way and allow to cool. If using canned asparagus, ensure it is very tender.
- 2 Cut green or red peppers into rings.
- 3 Place four asparagus stalks inside each pepper ring to form bundles.
- 4 Arrange the bundles on lettuce leaves.
- 5 Serve with French dressing and a small pat of Philadelphia cream cheese on the edge of each plate.
