Asparagus And Egg Salad With French Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus
- Salt
- Water
- Lettuce leaves
- French dressing
- Hard-boiled eggs
Method
- 1 Scrape scales from asparagus stalks and cook upright in boiling salted water until tender.
- 2 Drain and chill the asparagus thoroughly.
- 3 Serve on lettuce leaves with French dressing.
- 4 Garnish with hard-boiled eggs cut in quarters lengthwise.
