Asparagus And Egg Frittata
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Boil the asparagus until tender, then cut off the green heads.
- 2 Beat the eggs with cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 3 Mix the chopped asparagus heads into the egg mixture.
- 4 Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat until foaming.
- 5 Pour in the egg mixture and fry until set, then serve hot.
