Apricot Jam And Meringue Puff Pastry Dessert
Ingredients
- puff pastry
- egg
- sugar
- apricot jam
- meringue
Method
- 1 Roll puff pastry to ½ inch thickness and cut into 3x1 inch pieces.
- 2 Brush tops with egg, sprinkle with sugar, and chill on ice for 30 minutes.
- 3 Bake in a 425°F oven for 20 minutes until well browned.
- 4 For dessert version, sandwich two baked pieces with apricot jam and top with meringue.
