Apple Raisin Duck Stuffing
Ingredients
- 1 pint apples, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup seeded raisins
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sweet marjoram to taste
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Method
- 1 Finely chop apples to measure 1 pint.
- 2 Combine apples, raisins, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and sweet marjoram in a bowl.
- 3 Stir in melted butter until evenly mixed.
- 4 Pack the filling mixture into the duck cavity.
