Apple Custard Pie

Ingredients

• 6 apples
• 4 eggs
• 7 oz butter
• sugar to taste
• pie crust

Method

1. 1 Stew apples in minimal water until soft, then remove skins and seeds to create a pulp.
2. 2 Mix the apple pulp with eggs, butter, and sugar until well combined.
3. 3 Line a dish with pie crust, pour in the filling, and bake in a moderate oven (350°F) until set.
