Apple Cranberry Deep Dish Pie

  • 2 1/2 cups large apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 3/4 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • 1 prepared pie crust

Method

  1. 1 Stir apples, cranberries, sugar, flour, and spice together in a bowl.
  2. 2 Place the fruit mixture into a 10-inch deep dish pie pan.
  3. 3 Cover with the prepared pie crust and cut 3-4 slits in the top.
  4. 4 Bake at 375°F for about 1 hour until golden and bubbly.
