Apple Cranberry Deep Dish Pie
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups large apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 3/4 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
- 1 prepared pie crust
Method
- 1 Stir apples, cranberries, sugar, flour, and spice together in a bowl.
- 2 Place the fruit mixture into a 10-inch deep dish pie pan.
- 3 Cover with the prepared pie crust and cut 3-4 slits in the top.
- 4 Bake at 375°F for about 1 hour until golden and bubbly.
- 5 Serve warm and refrigerate leftovers.
