  • 5 cups sliced unpeeled apples
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon
  • grated lemon peel
