Apple Cider Cake

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/8 tsp baking soda
• Enough cider to make a soft dough
• Spice to taste

Method

1. 1 Cream the butter and sugar together.
2. 2 Dissolve the baking soda in enough cider to make a soft dough.
3. 3 Mix in the flour and spice.
4. 4 Pour into shallow pans and bake.
