Apple Celery Carrot Salad With Yogurt Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 cup diced apple
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
Method
- 1 Wash and dice the apples, celery, and carrot. Grate the carrot.
- 2 Toss the diced apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- 3 Add the diced celery, grated carrot, and raisins to the apples.
- 4 Fold in the vanilla yogurt until well combined.
- 5 Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
