Apple Celery Carrot Raisin Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced apple
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

Method

  1. 1 Wash, dice the apples and celery, and grate the carrot.
  2. 2 Toss the diced apples with lemon juice.
  3. 3 Add the celery, carrot, and raisins to the apples.
  4. 4 Fold in the low-fat vanilla yogurt until combined.
  5. 5 Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
