Apple Celery Carrot Raisin Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup diced apple
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
Method
- 1 Wash, dice the apples and celery, and grate the carrot.
- 2 Toss the diced apples with lemon juice.
- 3 Add the celery, carrot, and raisins to the apples.
- 4 Fold in the low-fat vanilla yogurt until combined.
- 5 Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
