Apple And Onion Omelet With Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 6-8 eggs
- Salt to taste
- Vinegar or grape vinegar
- Butter
- Sugar
- Mustard
Method
- 1 Slice apples and onions. Fry them in a pan until softened but not browned.
- 2 Beat 6-8 eggs with salt. Pour over the fried apples and onions in the pan.
- 3 Cook until the omelet is set and golden on the bottom. Flip if necessary.
- 4 For the sauce, mix vinegar, butter, sugar, and mustard in a small saucepan. Heat gently until combined.
- 5 Serve the omelet with the warm sauce poured over or on the side.
