Anchovy Toast With Poached Eggs
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 tsp anchovy paste
- ¾ cup milk
- Toast slices
- Butter
Method
- 1 Beat 3 eggs and 3 tsp anchovy paste thoroughly.
- 2 Combine egg mixture with ¾ cup milk in a chafing dish over hot water. Stir constantly until thickened.
- 3 Spread toast slices with butter, then top with anchovy paste.
- 4 Pour the hot egg sauce over the prepared toast and serve immediately.
