Anchovy Toast With Poached Eggs

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 3 tsp anchovy paste
• ¾ cup milk
• Toast slices
• Butter

Method

1. 1 Beat 3 eggs and 3 tsp anchovy paste thoroughly.
2. 2 Combine egg mixture with ¾ cup milk in a chafing dish over hot water. Stir constantly until thickened.
3. 3 Spread toast slices with butter, then top with anchovy paste.
4. 4 Pour the hot egg sauce over the prepared toast and serve immediately.
