Ingredients

  • 6 anchovies, skinned and boned
  • 1 Spanish onion, sliced very thin
  • 2 sweet Spanish peppers, shredded
  • 1 slice bread, cut into dice
  • French dressing

Method

  1. 1 Skin and bone the anchovies, then chop them very finely.
  2. 2 Combine the chopped anchovies with the thinly sliced onion, shredded peppers, and diced bread.
  3. 3 Toss the mixture with French dressing to coat evenly.
