Ingredients
- Anchovies
- Clarified butter
- Flour (optional, for consistency)
Method
- 1 Pound the anchovies in a mortar until smooth.
- 2 Rub the mixture through a fine sieve.
- 3 Pot the paste and cover the top with clarified butter.
- 4 Store in a cool place.
