Anchovy Paste Toast

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons clarified butter
• Bread, cut into sandwich slices
• Anchovy paste

Method

1. 1 Heat clarified butter in a blazer or skillet.
2. 2 Add bread slices and brown one side.
3. 3 Turn bread and brown the other side.
4. 4 Spread with anchovy paste and serve immediately.
