Anchovy Macaroni
Ingredients
- cooked macaroni
- anchovy sauce
- olive oil (optional)
Method
- 1 Drain the cooked macaroni thoroughly.
- 2 Place the macaroni in a hot serving dish.
- 3 Pour the anchovy sauce over the pasta.
- 4 Toss well with two forks until the sauce coats the pasta evenly.
- 5 Add olive oil if desired, but do not add grated cheese.
