Anchovy Macaroni

Ingredients

• cooked macaroni
• anchovy sauce
• olive oil (optional)

Method

1. 1 Drain the cooked macaroni thoroughly.
2. 2 Place the macaroni in a hot serving dish.
3. 3 Pour the anchovy sauce over the pasta.
4. 4 Toss well with two forks until the sauce coats the pasta evenly.
5. 5 Add olive oil if desired, but do not add grated cheese.
