Anchovy And Egg Yolk Toast Strips
Ingredients
- Anchovy fillets (salt-preserved)
- Mashed potato
- Toast slices
- Butter
- Hard-boiled egg yolks, chopped
Method
- 1 Soak salt anchovies in water to remove excess salt, then pat dry.
- 2 Butter cold toast slices and cut into thin strips.
- 3 Place an anchovy fillet in the center of each toast strip.
- 4 Fill the sides of the toast with chopped hard-boiled egg yolks.
