Almond Macaroon Bread Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 stale loaf, crumbled
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 almond macaroons, crushed
- 2 large eggs
Method
- 1 Place crumbled stale bread in a bowl and pour warm milk over it.
- 2 Add butter and crushed almond macaroons; beat until the mixture reaches the thickness of cream.
- 3 Beat two eggs and fold them into the bread mixture.
- 4 Pour into a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
