Almond Macaroon Bread Pudding

  • 1 stale loaf, crumbled
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 almond macaroons, crushed
  • 2 large eggs

Method

  1. 1 Place crumbled stale bread in a bowl and pour warm milk over it.
  2. 2 Add butter and crushed almond macaroons; beat until the mixture reaches the thickness of cream.
  3. 3 Beat two eggs and fold them into the bread mixture.
  4. 4 Pour into a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
