  • 1 whole egg
  • 4 egg yolks
  • Lemon peel, to taste

Method

  1. 1 Beat the whole egg, egg yolks, and sugar together well with a ladle.
  2. 2 Gradually stir in the flour, then add the butter melted in a double boiler.
  3. 3 Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured pie dish, ensuring it is no thicker than one inch.
  4. 4 Top with halved pine nuts and almonds cut into small pieces.
