Tally Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tally mobile application operated by PPV Enterprise LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Tally, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Description of Service
Tally is an allowance and chore tracking application for families. Parents and guardians can create payees, record transactions, and invite other adults to view or manage records.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create a Tally account. The app is designed for use by parents and guardians. Children's allowance data is managed by the parent or guardian who creates the account.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create in Tally. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the app's features.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials. Keep invite codes private and share them only with people you trust.
Shared Access
Invite codes grant other users access to view or manage payee records. You are responsible for managing access you grant through invite codes. You can revoke access by deleting a payee or contacting us.
Advertising
Tally displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob. Ad content is determined by Google and is not controlled by us.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Tally is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on information displayed in the app.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPV Enterprise LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Tally. Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Tally at any time and delete your account from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for abusive purposes.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
